About Khristina

I'm Khristina Blajkevitch Green, a Vancouver-based communications and email marketing consultant who helps tennis organizations, wineries, and lifestyle brands build stronger customer relationships through thoughtful newsletters, communication systems, and customer retention strategies.For more than 10 years, I've worked across marketing, communications, branding, and digital strategy in the tennis, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. My experience includes leading marketing and communications for the governing body of tennis in British Columbia, overseeing communications for North America's largest amateur tennis tournament, and owning and operating a successful boutique hospitality business, where I led the brand, marketing, guest communications, and overall customer experience.As a former professional tennis player and current World No. 2 ITF Women's 30+ Singles player and No. 1 in Canada, much of my work continues to naturally centre around the tennis community, racquet sports organizations, and member-based clubs.I also hold my WSET Level 3 certification in wine and have a strong interest in wine, hospitality, wellness, and thoughtfully curated lifestyle brands. I enjoy helping wineries, hospitality businesses, and customer-focused brands strengthen customer retention, improve customer engagement, and create more meaningful experiences throughout the customer journey. Having owned and operated a hospitality business myself, I understand firsthand the importance of staying connected to customers and creating experiences that encourage them to return.Beyond my professional work, I have a longstanding interest in canine health and wellness and am especially drawn to working with pet wellness brands that are committed to improving the lives of dogs and the people who care for them.My approach to business is rooted in servant leadership — the belief that the best way to help a company grow is by helping its customers and community thrive first. I believe thoughtful communication, consistency, humility, and genuine care build stronger brands and stronger relationships over time.As a small independent business, I'm motivated less by scale and noise and more by doing meaningful work, supporting good people, and helping great brands grow in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
